Parish Guidelines: Certificate Stamping Process

Process to be followed for getting BAPTISIM and MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE stamped by Government of Maharashtra:

1. Get the certificate attested by PUBLIC NOTARY – available in any court.
2. Get the certificate attested by Chancellor/EPISCOPAL VICAR at Archbishops House, 21 Nathalal Parekh Marg, Mumbai 400001. (Go to CST Station, Regal Cinema, Holy Name Church. Bishop’s House is next to Holy Name Church). Timing: 9.30am to 1pm, and 3-5pm
3. Go with your Photo Identity Card to Mantralaya between 2-5pm and get the certificate stamped by MARRIAGE REGISTRAR, Mr. Ramesh Francis D’Souza, 3rd Floor, Room 340 Mantralaya Main Bldg.
4. Then get it stamped at the Home Department opposite Mantralaya – New Administrative wing, 9th floor

THIS ATTESTED CERTIFICATE CAN BE USED ANYWHERE
